- Russian version
      Tube is made by two staged method from gas flamed doped transparent quartz glass. High quality rock crystal is a raw material for producing quartz glass tube. Depending on spectral characteristics the enterprise can manufacture the following doped quartz glasses: grade (quartz doped colourless) absorbing in ultra-violet part of spectrum to 240-380 nm and grade (quartz doped yellow) absorbing in ultra violet and visible part of spectrum to 390-150 nm.

  1. Tube is used for devices of special destination.
  2. Light transmission coefficient in glass layer of thickness which is equal to the tube wall thickness at wavelength of 320 nm is not to be more than 65% in wave interval of 400-1000 nm not less than 90%

  1. Doped quartz glass tube is used for manufacturing lamp of laser pumping.

    320 not more than 12%
    400 not more than 85%
    from 500 to 800 nm not less than 90%
  3. Glass transmission line is 3555 nm.

  1. Doped quartz glass tube is used for manufacturing iodine laser cell.

  1. Doped quartz glass tube is used for manufacturing appliances of special destination.
  2. Light transmission coefficient in glass layer of 1 mm thickness at the wavelength of 380nm is not to be more than 30% and in wavelength range of 550-1000nm not less than 90%.
    Doped quartz glass tube is thermally stable and stand not less than 15 heating shifts at heating to 800±20with the subsequent cooling in water at temperature of 20±5 C for wall thickness from 3-4 mm and at 600±20 for the wall thickness more than 4 mm.

Doped quartz glass bar; grade -7

Technical characteristics:
  1. Doped quartz glass bar is applied for manufacturing optical systems for pumping laser.
  2. Doped quartz glass bar, grade -7 is used in cylindrical shape and corresponds to the sizes:

  3. The wavelength of 43010 nm is conditionally the boundary of light transmission. Light transmission coefficient at the above-mentioned wavelength should not excess over 50% for 10 mm glass layer without taking into consideration reflection losses.
  4. Double refraction should not excess 30 nm/sm.

  1. Plate is applied for devices, instrument and appliances of special destination.
    Spectral light transmission of doped quartz glass plate, grade -3 characterized by light transmission coefficient in glass layer thickness of 1mm at wavelength 320 nm is not to be more than 50% but in range of 700-1000 nm not less than 86%.
    Doped quartz glass plate is thermally stable at heating temperature:
    :
    (100020) at plate thickness from 2.0 to 3.0 mm
    (80020) at plate thickness more than 3.0 to 4.0 mm
    (60020) at plate thickness more than 4.0 mm
    with the following cooling in water is not to be cracked, cut off and bruised on the surface after 10 heating shifts.

Technical characteristics:
  1. Glass is used for medical devices of special destination.
  2. Spectral light transmission of doped quartz glass, grade -8 characterized by transmission coefficient in glass layer of 2.5 mm thickness is to be at the wavelength of:
    400 nm - 1,5%
    500 nm - 71,0%
    600 nm - 85,0%

      Doped quartz glass of all grades has micro grain heterogeneity-"feed lines" of cellular structure. On contrast range "feed lines" excel the 2nd category of -15130-86.
